About Ora
Ora North is a published author, editor, and guide who helps authors and entrepreneurs bring their stories, messages, and inner worlds to the page and to the world with clarity, courage, and emotional depth. She blends expertise with a grounded, intuitive approach that honors both the creative process and the human being behind it.
Her background spans professional editorial work with an emphasis on developmental editing, small business marketing, coaching, and years of teaching on topics such as personal growth, healing, and neurodiversity. In 2018, she self-published her first book, I Don’t Want To Be An Empath Anymore, which was acquired by a traditional publisher shortly afterwards. She continues writing and having her books published, as her fourth book, Shadow Work for Core Wounds, was just released. Experiencing the publishing industry as both an author and an editor, in both self-publishing and traditional publishing, she understands the benefits and drawbacks of each individual path.
Whether she’s guiding someone through the architecture of their book or helping them find the voice they’ve been too afraid to use, Ora believes that writing is both a marketable craft and a soul calling.
